 Terms of sale

If you should desire to make a purchase, for each item mention 1) the name, 2) the location, 3) the size, 4) any special features-requests (e.g. surface-air mail), 5) the price and 6) in what manner you wish to pay.

Postage: Minerals will be send by Dutch Standard Mail, unless stated otherwise. Put your complete mailing, and contact address next. Then E-mail it to diederik.visser@dvminerals.com

Prior Sale

Most specimens are one of a kind and subject to prior sale on a first ordered, first served basis.

Payment

I accept     

Prices mentioned in the lists include Sales Tax. The Sales Tax is 6% on collector minerals, mining items and mining bonds and 19% on all other services. Customers from outside the European Union do not need to pay this tax and may subtract the appropriate amount from the listed prices.

Payment should be made either by cash, wire transfer (see banking details below), or through PayPal. Other types of credit card payment are not possible. Unfortunately it is no longer possible to accept American Express Traveller Cheques (AMEX). The Banks in The Netherlands no longer accept these because of the infrequent usage.
Upon receipt of payment, the shipment will be out the door the same day. If you don't like the material you receive, just return it for a full refund or credit towards the next purchase within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for the costs of the return shipping.

Trade/Purchase

If you should desire to trade, send your wants and your trade list by E-mail. I can then arrange the best exchange, with each of us paying for the shipping of the items we want. If you should have something you feel that I would be interested in purchasing, please send a description of the items, sizes, qualities, etc., and the amount that you want for them.
