Certificate for 1073 ordinary shares of $1.00 each of the Capital Stock. Certificate has a green ornate border, embossed company seal and mountaineous scene with a factory, ore-trains along a river (presumably rich in alluvial gold). Dated August, 1936.

The Company operated the Wingdam Mine (alluvial Gold) in the Lightning Creek Area east of Cottonwood, British Columbia in the 1930's.
