This company was created in 1928 on basis of favorable reports of a Mining Engineer to exploit the old copper mines in the Diahot Valley on Franch Caledonia. Exploitation of two mines started early 1930 but mining operations were already halted at the end of 1930 when worldwide copper prizes plummetted. The company went bankrupt in 1931.
